Daphna serves as Executive Director of IVN. Before joining the non-profit sector, Daphna was the Director of Global Operations at Check Point Software Technologies, Human Resource Manager at Flying Cargo-FedEx, and in Strauss and Co.; and has accumulated multi-discipline managerial experience.
Daphna, a lawyer by profession, holds LLB and BA degrees and is currently a Fellow of the NIF/Hebrew University/Shatil’s prestigious “Training Program for Socioeconomic Policy Shapers”, a theoretical-practical framework for nurturing leading professionals in economics, management, and public policy.

| Taly Dunevich, US Director |
|
|
Prior to joining IVN, Taly was the Director of Marketing for CaesarStone USA (an Israeli quartz countertop manufacturer) and before that, Taly was a Senior Brand Manager for UNILEVER, responsible for product innovation, branding and strategic partnerships and for day-to-day product marketing activities. Taly joined UNILEVER, after having spent over 6 years with Super-Pharm (the largest drugstore chain in Israel, recognized in the top ten worldwide), where her responsibilities included product management, Marcom and the successful customer retention program called “LifeStyle”.
Taly holds a B.A. degree in Business Management and an MBA degree.

| Jackie Goren, Marketing & Development Manager |

In addition to her responsibilities at IVN, Jackie is also the Managing Director of the Global Business Studies program at the Recanati Graduate School of Business at the Tel-Aviv University and serves as a Board Member of a number of public companies. Prior to this, Jackie was VP of Business Development and Managing Director of the Corporate Venture Capital arm of Koor Industries.
Jackie holds a Bachelor’s degree in Medical Science from the Hebrew University, an LLB degree from Tel Aviv University and an International Executive MBA Kellogg Recanati Program of Tel Aviv University and Northwestern University.

| Hedva Fensterheim, Social Entrepreneur Fellowship Program Manager |
|
|
Hedva was the first Manager of Israel Venture Network's Social Entrepreneur Fellowship Program, Israel's first and leading program for Social Entrepreneurs. Prior to joining IVN, Hedva was the Founder and first Chairperson of the NGO Parents for Pluralistic Education and founded the Meitarim Raanana Junior High – High School for Pluralistic Jewish Education, now in its eighth year. Over the course of more than a ten year period, Hedva has served as Chairperson, Vice Chairperson and Member of Executive Parents Board of all of the schools where her six children attended. Prior to that Hedva founded and managed CIRO Israel, the Israeli franchise of the International Fine Fashion Jewellery retailer.
Hedva holds an MBA in Marketing Management and Organizational Behavior, a B.A. in Economics and Hebrew Literature and a Teacher’s Certificate.

Iris Arazi, Chief Financial Officer

Iris joined IVN in 2009. Prior to this, Iris gained experience in the Venture Capital sector as a Controller at Vertex Venture Capital Fund and at Vitalife Life Sciences Venture. Before that, Iris was an auditor at Somekh Chaikin, KPMG in Tel Aviv.
Iris is a C.P.A. and holds a BA in Economics and Accounting.

Leah Kotin, Communications
|

Leah is British born, grew up in Germany, lived in Israel for over fifteen years and moved back in 2008 after four years in New York.
A seasoned writer, Leah has written for a number of organizations and companies over the past fifteen years. However, not satisfied to handle only the content side, Leah recently graduated Graphic Design College and now also works as a graphic designer.
Leah holds a B.A. in International Relations and German Literature, as well as an MBA.

With over 20 years of administrative experience, Rita has held the position of Office Manager at IVN since 2005. Prior to joining IVN, Rita worked, amongst others, at Cellcom Israel and. the Israeli Consulate in Miami.
Rita holds a degree in Art & Graphic Design.
